2. Service Description and Usage
2.1 Software as a Service
Flowthings by Codamy is provided on a subscription basis and delivered via the internet. You understand and agree that:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- Access requires a compatible internet connection and web browser
- We may update, modify, or enhance Flowthings at any time
- Certain features may require additional terms or subscriptions
- Service availability is subject to maintenance and updates
2.2 Subscription and Access
- Your Flowthings subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service
- Access is limited to the subscription term and level purchased
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Flowthings account credentials
- You may not share or transfer your subscription rights
- We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice
2.3 Service Level Expectations
- While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We maintain industry-standard backup procedures, but you are responsible for your own data backups
- Service performance may vary based on your internet connection and equipment
2.4 Sensitive Data
- You are solely responsible for any sensitive data you choose to process or store using Flowthings
- While we implement industry-standard security measures, we recommend against storing highly sensitive personal data (such as health records, financial information, or government identification numbers) unless absolutely necessary
- We do not sell, rent, or make publicly available any of your data
- We do not access your data except where:
- Required for support purposes with your consent
- Necessary for service maintenance
- Required by law or court order
- If you choose to store sensitive data, you acknowledge that:
- You have the legal right to process such data
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- You will implement appropriate access controls on your end
- You will notify us if special handling is required
3. Data and Service Reliability
3.1 Data Storage and Processing
While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our services or the preservation of data stored through our platform. Our primary operations and data processing take place within the European Union, however, we may utilize certain services or providers based in the United States or other countries.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Union, including the United States. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

- Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months

5. Support Services
5.1 Support Availability
Flowthings by Codamy provides technical support through the following channels:
- Email support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET)
- In-app messaging system
- Documentation and knowledge base
- Community forums (if available)
Support services are provided in English only.
5.2 Response Times
While we strive to respond promptly, response times may vary based on:
- Your subscription tier
- Issue severity
- Support channel used
- Business hours and holidays
We aim to provide initial responses within:
- Critical issues: 1 business day
- High priority issues: 2 business days
- Normal priority issues: 3-5 business days
- Low priority issues: 10 business days
5.3 Support Limitations
Our support services do not include:
- Custom development or programming
- Training services (unless specifically purchased)
- Direct database modifications
- Support for modified or customized installations
- Support for third-party integrations not officially supported
- On-site support
5.4 User Obligations
To receive effective support, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your issue
- Respond to requests for additional information promptly
- Follow recommended troubleshooting steps
- Maintain current backups of your data
- Keep your account and billing information up to date

6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Subscription Payments
- All payments are processed in advance for the subscription period
- Prices are subject to change with notice for future billing cycles
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees
6.2 No Refund Policy
- Subscriptions to Flowthings by Codamy are non-refundable
- Cancellation of your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused periods or downgrades mid-cycle
- In cases of service termination due to Terms violation, no refunds will be issued
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and specifically Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. For users outside the EU, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for any service-related disputes.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and specifically Denmark, where Codamy is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. For users outside the EU, you agree to submit to this jurisdiction for any service-related disputes.
